I have tons of friends with autism, it is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. I myself don't have it, but I am a "freak" according to a lot of people. My mom used to call me her little demon instead of angel like most parents. And I went through therapy all my life until late high school when they realized I'm hopeless. I have a violent history of throwing people and breaking windows with my bare hands.
By the way, if you ever need someone to talk to, my account here is *demonuncle, I may not be able to leave long messages or respond as often as I'd like, but I will do my best.
By the way, I will add you to the club member list next update and I will see if I can help you to upload your work here on dA. I admit the upload system isn't as easy as it was back in '03, so it may be more difficult for me to explain (I'm real bad at explaining things in words), but I'll do my best to help.
